We’ve taken the fast food idea and combined it with the dine-in style comfort to create a “quick-casual” atmosphere in our restaurants. Our dedication to serving you the freshest, most authentic food. We use skirt steak, not hamburger. We choose lean pork and trim the excess fat off.

Our standard price range is from $5.95 to $10.50 per person depending on your selection of appetizers, entrees and food service, plus state sales tax.

This catering base charge includes the following:
· Meeting on-site where the event will be held to finalize menu
· Personnel for a buffet style of service
· Tables, skirts, tablecloths and decorations for food stations
· Chafing dishes and serving utensils
· Paper goods (plates, napkins and plastic utensils)
· Set up and clean up

Additional services are estimated and charged as required such as:
· Banquet facilities
· Guest tables and chairs
· China, glass and silverware
· Wedding accessories
· Sound, stage & props
· Linens
· Open flame cooking equipment

A catering proposal showing charges and breakdown will be submitted prior to the site meeting. After your menu has been selected and our proposal has been accepted, a deposit will be required to confirm the event prior to or at the site meeting.

Note: For Delivery we require a minimum of 10 orders.
