When I go in person it's one bag of chips and unlimited sauce per burrito. They also gave my diabetic father a full sugar drink instead of his requested diet version. Incompetent.

The location is chill but looks more on the old/outdated side. Decently clean.

The service was really nice and friendly. You order at the register and they brought me the food.

  Here are my Pros and Cons on Los Gallos Express.

Pros:
1. Nothing, absolutely nothing urlty nothing!

Cons:

1. Unpleasant taste of meats and chicken; they seemed old and had a reheated, microwave-like flavor.... read more My friend's steak and chorizo were particularly terrible, indicating the use of old ingredients.

2. Personal experience of my friend getting food poisoning; despite advising him to stop eating due to an off taste, he continued and ended up vomiting with digestive issues and getting the major "Shits"!

3. Frequent errors in getting orders wrong, and there seems to be a lack of concern about accuracy.

4. Incomplete orders; had to repeatedly request missing items, providing the receipt as evidence. Staff even returned to our table to check if we had received the correct items.

In conclusion, I will not be returning to Los Gallos Express. The quality of the food was subpar, with questionable handling of ingredients. I find it perplexing that some people regard it positively. Across the street, there is a much nicer Taqueria that serves far superior Fajitas. Overall, my experience at Los Gallos Express was disappointing and not worth a repeat visit.

I listened to a podcast... read more where a famous actor from Concord was talking about his favorite restaurants and he mentioned Los Gallos. I was walking around looking for another place, ran across this Los Gallos Express on accident and had to try it out. Super delicious and big portions.

The chips and salsa bar was the best I can recall in my life. $8 minimum purchase required to eat the chips and salsa. You can get full off the chips and salsa bar alone.

I'll be back. I just found a new favorite spot. Lots of other cool spots nearby from supermarkets, movies, clothing stores, a bakery and a dollar store.

  I don't know if this is same owners as the others in the area. I do not recommend this location. Extremely poor service on the phone. Person taking the order... read more didn't know if they could make a vegetarian Sope. Someone else came on took the order and asked my name. When we arrived they didn't have the order because it was not paid for. This is after waiting and the people at the counter were just joking around not even paying attention to their customer's.
We only came here because we were nearby.  

Go to Pleasant Hill!

  Just ordered lunch from there through doordash. I ordered a supper burrito and this is how it came. Rice beans and beef. That's all.
